Pricing questions

What is the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro covers day-to-day work: compliance review, product and clinical search, and cited answers. Max adds the Model Committee (multi-model cross-checking), higher quotas for compliance, product and clinical search, and priority for deep research and long materials.
How do monthly credits work?
Pro includes 1,000 credits per month and Max includes 10,000. Basic chat and medium-strength compliance review do not consume credits; the advanced features listed in the pricing table do.
Do credit packs unlock plan features?
No. Credit packs (1,000 / 3,000 / 10,000) only top up usage — they do not unlock Pro or Max features. Credits are valid for 12 months from the time they are credited.
Can I cancel auto-renewal?
Yes, at any time before the end of the current period, from the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. Service continues through the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made.
What is the refund policy?
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; used packs are not refundable. Subscriptions take effect immediately and are generally not refunded pro rata for the current period. Requests go to support@medcxy.com, answered within 7 business days.
Which payment methods and currencies can I use?
Card, WeChat Pay and Alipay through Stripe for international orders, and WeChat Pay, Alipay or QR transfer for orders inside mainland China. Prices are listed in CNY, USD or HKD at fixed list prices, not converted at daily exchange rates.
