Terms of Service

1. The service

The service lets you start research in three modes (Lite, Normal, Max): AI searches public sources such as registrations, instructions for use, literature, penalties, prices and social media and writes a report with citations. You can also view product dossiers and keep your own library for use in research.

Reports are researched and written automatically by AI and are for reference only; they are not medical diagnosis, treatment advice or legal advice. We cite a source for each claim where possible, but reports may still contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

2. Accounts

You can sign in with email, Google, Apple or a passkey. Keep your credentials safe; losses caused by leaked credentials or compromised devices are your responsibility. Contact us immediately if you notice anything unusual.

An account is for one person and may not be lent, transferred or sold. Team plans are set up per seat, one member account per seat.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or when required by the authorities.

3. Plans, quotas and payment

The service offers a free plan, paid plans (Pro, Advanced, Team) and credit packs. Monthly points, library capacity and prices are as shown on the billing page and at checkout.

• Research, copy checks and social post views all draw from one pool of points, converted from the model and search usage each one actually consumes; points are reserved when a run starts and settled at actual usage when it ends, with any surplus returned automatically; points reserved for a run that fails to start or complete are refunded in full
• Monthly points reset at 00:00 on the 1st of each month (Beijing time) and do not roll over; once they run out, credit packs are used automatically
• Max research is available to subscribers (Pro and above)
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period (monthly / yearly); you can cancel any time under “Manage subscription” on the billing page and keep the plan until the period ends
• Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase
• Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds follow our Refund Policy

4. Acceptable use and verification

Verification: before using report content in advertising, patient consultations, regulatory filings or other real business, a qualified professional must check the original sources. You are responsible for consequences of not doing so.

Prohibited: using the service to produce false medical information or misleading advertising; breaking advertising, medical advertising or other laws; infringing others’ intellectual property, likeness or privacy; scraping, reverse engineering or attacking the service; reselling accounts or quotas.

5. Intellectual property

The interface, brand and our curated and structured data belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Questions you submit and files you upload belong to you, and you may use research reports in your own business. You allow us to process this content as needed to provide the service and, after removing identifying information, to improve research quality (this never includes the original text of private library files).

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep reports accurate and the service stable but make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using or being unable to use the service.

Third-party public information cited by the service (regulatory notices, instructions for use, social media) is governed by its original source.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will publish and notify changes on the website. If you disagree you may stop using the service and close your account; continuing to use it means you accept the update.

You may close your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
